Unit of our college organized ‘Observation of Vigilance Awareness Week 2019’
under the aegis of UGC’s Human Resource Development Centre, Government of
India. The objective of the event was ‘Honesty – A way of life’ so as to bring
about an awareness among general public to fight corruption rampant in society.
Principal Dr.(Mrs.) Kiran Arora, Programme Officer of NSS Volunteers, teachers
along with students took an oath on the day. A marathon was also run from the
college premises, Mohalla Gobindgarh, Arjun Nagar and reached upto Prem Nagar.
Debate was also held on the topic ‘Corruption – the only cause of a state’s
failure’. Poster Making competition on the topic ‘Moral Values’ held in an
attempt to inculcate ethical and morally upright behavior.
