NSS Department of PCM SD College for Women, Jalandhar runs ‘Foot Soldier Punjab’ campaign

A Guest lecture was held by the Department of NSS on Health and Well-being under ‘Foot Soldier Punjab’ campaign. Mr. Chandan Mishra (Block Extension Educator Mass Media Wing, Civil Hospital, Jalandhar) was the speaker of the day. He asked the students to download an application ‘Foot Soldier-Punjab’ in their smartphones. In fact he held that youth must come forward and apprise about any untoward incident like women deaths during childbirth, polio and tuberculosis casualty, premature deaths and poor vaccination by uploading the same on this application. Miss Ketan Prakash and Mr. Sharandeep Singh, Block Extension Educators also witnessed the event.
