Rashtriya Ekta Divas was celebrated by the department of Political
Science and NSS Unit on the eve of the birth anniversary of Sardar
Vallabhai Patel, the Iron Man of India. The students took pledge to
protect the unity and integrity of India and participated in a Rally
‘Run for Unity’. Principal Dr. Mrs. Kiran Arora paid floral tribute to
Sardar Patel. Madam addressed the students and interacted with them
about the massive contribution made by Sardar Patel. Poster making competition
was also organized on the occasion by the department of Political
Science. Around 70 students from different streams took part in all
activities. Mrs. Tripta Handa, Associate Prof, Dept of Political Science
and Dr.(Mrs.) Surinder Narula, Incharge NSS organized the entire event
and marked their presence to make it a success.
