Diwali was celebrated in the college premises organized by the members of the
Central Association. The staff members and students took an oath of celebrating
an eco-friendly Diwali with a concern for environment and of burning out ego
instead of crackers. The students made beautiful rangolis and adorned the
college with flowers, diyas and other decorations. A prayer song was chanted as
an invocation to Lord Ganesha and Goddess Lakshmi. Rangoli competition was held
in the IT block. Students of the Collegiate block participated in Chart Making,
Rangoli and Diya Making. Winners were awarded with prizes.
