Department of Fashion Designing of PCM SD College for Women, Jalandhar holds Diwali Festa

PG Department of Fashion Designing organized an Interclass competition on Diwali Festa. Students of B.Voc Fashion Designing and Product Sem I and Sem III, B.Sc. Sem I, III & V, M.Sc. Sem I & III, P.G. Diploma Sem I and UG (Casuals) participated in this competition. Students made different Diwali items by using waste materials such as decorative diyas, decorative thaalis, candle stands, diya stands, cards, Wall hangings, pots, stencils, decorative show pieces etc. These items were exhibited also. Dr. Kiran Arora, Principal of the college appreciated the efforts made by Mrs. Sunita Bhalla, Head of the Department and other staff members. Winners were awarded with prizes.
