  1. India is the Only progressive democratic country that Not only offers free and complimentary education up to 12 standard inclusive of a free meal, but also offers opportunity to become a direct officor in any of the Armed Forces. Scoring in a UPSC exam for courses other than Short Service Commission or Emergency Service Commission is mandatory. Those who pass the upsc exam may be asked to appear for subsequent tests ranging from intelligence, aptitude, attitude, cooperation and tactical skills test extending up to 5 days. Those who satisfy the respective examiners shall then appear before a medical board for physical fitness selection. AFTER THIS, THE SELECTED CANDIDATES UNDERGO REGULAR MILITARY Training for a stipulated period and thereafter inducted in to service as Lt where timely promotion to higher posts and Ranks await him. All through the interview and other tests, the candidate need to be Assertive rather than forcing as assertion is,conviction while forcing is compulsion.like for example, you are given a subject for debate"what should be the National language of India". Here, each one will present his opinion, someone wants Hindi, other, Devnagari, third advocating for Sankrit. You can differ here if you have a point that stands out. You could argue, all the men be instructed to speak only in Punjabi and all women should reply in Bengali because listening to punjabi men speak in punjabi and women reply in bengali will be a musical experience nothing else can excel
Assert on your point and let all come down to your point. That is conviction
