PCM S.D. College for Women, Jalandhar celebrates International Human Rights Day

Department of Political Science organized an awareness programme on Human Rights. Principal Dr.(Mrs.) Kiran Arora was the key speaker. She delivered an informative, humanistic and thought – provoking lecture. She illumined students on fundamental rights as well as duties. She maintained that we must be good and responsible citizens, be helpful to others and take initiatives to keep our surroundings clean. Furthermore, students participated in a rally in an attempt to raise awareness. The activity was organized by Associate Professor and Head of Department of Political Science Mrs. Tripta Handa. Head of Department of Economics Mrs. Sangeeta Sharma, Associate Professor Mrs. Sushma Sharma and Ms. Monika from Computer department witnessed the occasion.
