PCM SD College for Women, Jalandhar observed National Mathematics Day

 

 

S. Ramanujan Society of Mathematics of PCM S.D. College for Women, Jalandhar organized on Online Poster Presentation to commemorate ‘National Mathematics Day’. The birth anniversary of the Great Mathematician, Srinivasa Ramanujan. Principal Dr.(Mrs.) Kiran Arora was the Chief Guest of the day. Mrs. Shveta Mahajan, Head, Department of Mathematics held the stage and familiarized the students with the relevance of the event. Students of varied streams participated in the competitions with great zeal. Mrs. Divya Budhia served as the judge of the event. Kanchan Sharma of B.Sc. (C.Sci) Semester V got first position. Santoshi of B.Sc. (Non Med) Semester I bagged second position. Harman of B.Sc. (Non Med) Semester III and Nisha of +2 Non Medical got third position. Our reverent Principal expressed gratitude and appreciation towards Department of Mathematics for making the event a success.

 

Non- Medical Students of PCM S.D. College for Women Sparkle in Results

 

 

The result of B.Sc. Non- Medical Sem 6th of PCM S.D. College for Women, Jalandhar has been remarkably outstanding. Priya bagged first position in the college by scoring 1877 (78.20%) out of 2400 marks, Diksha stood second in the college by getting 1809(75.37%) marks and Manpreet secured 1805 marks with third position in the college. The Principal of the college Dr. Kiran Arora congratulated the students on their success and wished for their bright future.
