Via zoom meeting app. Many students across the city and neighbouring villages are learning with great zeal. They are performing practically each activity by their own hands during online classes. Each step is being done by the participants following live instructions. Madam Principal Dr. Mrs Kiran Arora appreciated the efforts by the department for providing golden opportunity to the students for the bright future of the nation during this difficult period of Covid -19.

Excellent result of MSC.IT semester-II of PCM S.D. College for Women

Students of MSC.IT-II of PCM S.D. College for Women, Jalnadhar performed Excellent in December 2019 Guru Nanak Dev University Examination. Simran secured 428/600 and stood first in college. Avinash kaur secured 395/600 and stood second in college. Preeti  Kumari secured 326/600 and stood third in college. Principal Dr. (Mrs.) Kiran Arora applauded the efforts of students.

Pandemic has pushed all into maintaining social distancing but challenge is also to remain hyper-connected via digital learning. Post graduate Department of Computer Science & IT of PCM S.D. College for women, Jalandhar organizes  Free Online Course - Data Entry  on PC & Internet for students to utilize their time productively  in learning digital skills during lockdown period. Students will be able to enhance their technical knowledge with this free online course through Zoom app. Many students from City and it's adjoining villages joined the course with full enthusiasm. Participants raised their queries also. Principal Dr. Kiran Arora appreciated the initiative of faculty members of the department for giving the wonderful opportunity to students to learn technical skills  in this period of Covid -19.
