PCM S.D. College for Women, Jalandhar celebrates Constitution Day

Constitution Day was celebrated in the college premises. Department of Political Science held an Essay Writing Competition on the occasion. Students expressed gratitude for the makers of the constitution as well as for the sacred text through their creative skills. Principal Dr.(Mrs.) Kiran Arora averred that we must salute Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar, the principal figure behind this monumental document. Principal Dr.(Mrs.) Kiran Arora acknowledged the efforts of Associate Professor, Mrs. Tripta Handa.

Khushi Batra of PCM S.D. Collegiate Senior Secondary School brings laurels to the institution

It is a matter of pride that Khushi Batra nailed it to first position in the Inter District Dance Competition in the Classical and Semi Classical category organized by K.L. Sehgal Memorial in collaboration with ‘Satyug Kala Kendra’. She also bagged first position in the same category in the Inter Zonal Competition and was also awarded with an overall trophy. It may also be mentioned that Khushi has been trained under the supervision of Dr. Sugandhi Bhandari.
